Customer intake is often the first operational workflow where a service business experiences delays, fragmented information, and lost opportunities.

The project explores how AI-assisted communication and traditional workflow automation can work together while preserving business rules, staff visibility, and tenant isolation.

The platform is being developed through small, testable milestones. Requirements, architecture decisions, route behavior, database relationships, and tenant boundaries are documented before or alongside implementation.

Linting, production builds, route verification, and tenant-isolation checks are used to reduce regressions as the application grows.

Tenant isolation as a foundational requirement

Public and administrative operations must resolve and preserve the correct business context rather than relying on global data access.

Incremental route migration

Administrative routes were moved into a protected route group without changing their public URLs, reducing disruption while improving layout consistency.

n8n webhooks support lead and booking automation so business workflows can evolve independently from the main application interface.
