AI and Workflow Automation
AI Front Desk Platform
A multi-tenant platform for coordinating service-business inquiries, leads, bookings, chat, notifications, and administrative workflows.
Status
Role
Founder, product owner, solution architect, requirements author, tester, and AI-assisted developer.
Current milestone
Tenant-aware public intake, booking, lead, and chat runtime implemented and verified.
Technology areas
Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, PostgreSQL
The problem
What the project is designed to address.
Service businesses may miss customer inquiries, rely on disconnected booking and messaging tools, and manage leads or follow-up through repetitive manual processes.
The solution direction
A structured response to the operational need.
A tenant-aware application that connects public customer intake with protected business administration, lead management, booking workflows, chat, notifications, and operational visibility.
Project context 01
Why this project matters
Customer intake is often the first operational workflow where a service business experiences delays, fragmented information, and lost opportunities.
The project explores how AI-assisted communication and traditional workflow automation can work together while preserving business rules, staff visibility, and tenant isolation.
Project context 02
Development approach
The platform is being developed through small, testable milestones. Requirements, architecture decisions, route behavior, database relationships, and tenant boundaries are documented before or alongside implementation.
Linting, production builds, route verification, and tenant-isolation checks are used to reduce regressions as the application grows.
Target users
Who the project is intended to support.
Small service businesses
Salons and appointment-based businesses
Organizations receiving frequent customer inquiries
Teams managing leads and bookings manually
Project objectives

Key decisions
Important choices shaping the project.
Tenant isolation as a foundational requirement
Public and administrative operations must resolve and preserve the correct business context rather than relying on global data access.
Incremental route migration
Administrative routes were moved into a protected route group without changing their public URLs, reducing disruption while improving layout consistency.
Workflow automation outside the core UI
n8n webhooks support lead and booking automation so business workflows can evolve independently from the main application interface.
Constraints
What remains unresolved or incomplete.
- The platform remains under active development.
- Commercial deployment and production support processes are not yet complete.
- Final notification, billing, analytics, security-hardening, and tenant-administration capabilities remain in progress.
- User acceptance testing with external businesses has not yet been claimed.
